CIMTIG kicks off the New Year by hosting a special travel industry Question Time. Following the successful format of the BBC's lively and hard hitting debate, CIMTIG is encouraging anyone attending the event to text a question. As many texts as possible, along with further questions on the night will then be addressed.
This is your chance to ask senior industry figures about the future of travel and tourism.

While travel agents press for increased commission, tour and cruise operators, airlines and accommodation suppliers consider other effective methods of distribution. This session is a chance to consider the perspective of the travel agent. What marketing strategies are they adopting to attract and retain customers? How cost effective is their service and how can they persuade the principals that they can offer the best return on their investment?
This event is approaching fast - don't miss out -
